You’re not alone.
We hold space for
your belonging
Oku | People is a collective space for those who ache for connection. A space to share the weight, find community, and gently begin again.
This space is
for you
We’re not meant to heal in isolation. You’re not the only one who struggles to ask for help—who wonders if others feel this lonely, this pained, who longs to belong but fears being seen.
At Oku, we believe something quietly transformative happens when we come together—when the burden of being “the only one” begins to dissolve.
Our group spaces are warm, non-performative, and deeply human. They’re here for the days when you need more than words—and for the days when words come more easily in the company of others.
This is Oku | People.
A gentle reminder that you don’t have to do this alone.
In our group spaces, you’ll find:
Support Groups
For trauma survivors, queer individuals, chronically ill folks, and those navigating loss, loneliness, change, or addictions.
Listening Circles
Small, intentional spaces to be heard—without performance, without interruption. Where even silence is welcome.
Body-Based Gatherings
Somatic group experiences that invite you to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, understand the anxieties and trauma that our bodies hold and feel gently accompanied in the process.
Therapeutic Groups
Guided by a licensed therapist, these groups offer a blend of emotional exploration, interpersonal insight, and depth work—relationally held.
Sometimes, being in a room with others who carry a similar ache, is a kind of “medicine”.
Just come as you are. Bring your ache, your exhaustion, your curiosity.
